Jeffrey Mathis Charlotte

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jeffrey “Jeff” Mathis leads Crossroads Realty Group, LLC, as principal. Over the decades, he has developed and managed a diverse portfolio of free-standing and multi-tenant retail units. In guiding this Charlotte based company and its affiliated partnerships, Jeffrey Mathis has been responsible for creating extensive commercial developments for investors and strategic retail partners.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jeff Mathis completed his Interdisciplinary Studies degree as a Morehead Scholar in history and economics. He subsequently pursued a law degree at the same institution and began his career in the mid- 1980s as an attorney with Heron, Burchette, Ruckert, & Rothwell. He next practiced law in Washington, DC, as well as Austin, Texas.

Beyond Crossroads Realty, Jeffrey Mathis also serves as a principal of Skyway Communities, LLC. He focuses on the acquisition of RV parks, as well as raising investment value through institutionalized financial and management structuring.
